Comox Valley Kayaks & Canoes understands that travel plans vary due to illness, accident , weather, and people simply changing their minds. If you need to cancel, please do so at least a week in advance so that other renters have the opportunity to book the kayaks. There is a $50 administration fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of pick-up time. For non-appearance on reservation day the full rental fee will be charged. There is no refund for early rental returns. If the early return is due to inclement weather a credit for future rentals will be offered.
